Celebrating Our Achievements in 2023/24

This year has been a hallmark of growth and success for Birmingham Impact FC. Here are some key milestones that define our journey:

Community Engagement: We organized community events, bringing together players, families, and supporters to foster a sense of belonging and unity. Events like our football tournaments attracted over 150 participants.

Youth Development Programs: We launched our youth training program, which has seen 3 young local residents develop into FA qualified coaches. Our dedicated coaches have worked tirelessly to ensure that each participant not only excels in sports but also learns the values of teamwork, respect, and perseverance.

Competitive Success Our teams have made remarkable strides in local leagues, specific achievements, such as our u12s winning the CBYDL league last season tournaments with our other junior teams u8s and u10s doing well also. This not only showcases our talent but also reflects our commitment to excellence and hard work.

Looking Ahead: Our Long-Term Vision

As we look to the future, we are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. Our long-term plans are anchored in our core values of community, development, and inclusivity:

Expanded Programs: We aim to expand our youth programs to reach more young athletes, especially those from underrepresented communities. By collaborating with local schools and organizations, we want to ensure that every child has the opportunity to play, learn, and grow.

**Sustainability Initiatives:  We are committed to implementing sustainable practices within our club, from eco-friendly training facilities to community outreach programs focused on environmental awareness. We believe that nurturing our planet is part of our legacy.

**Building Partnerships**: We are actively seeking partnerships with our local clubs, schools, charities and organizations that share our values. Together, we can amplify our outreach and impact, creating a network of support for our initiatives.
